New AED Sign and Poster

The British Heart Foundation and Resuscitation Council have launched a new AED sign and poster. The image to the left is the poster which reinforces the message that anyone can use a defibrillator. No training is needed as they are that straightforward to use on an unconscious person not breathing normally.

We include AED training on all our First Aid courses – from the Basic First Aid, to Level 2 Award Emergency First Aid at Work and Level 3 Award First Aid at Work courses.

We cannot stress enough how crucial these devices are. They significantly improve the chances of a casualty’s survival. The more AED’s in public and work places the better, we say!
